FAQ 248-624-2401 PAYMENT RETURNS Returns will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. You will be responsible for the shipping costs if an item is returned. All items that are returned must be shipped prepaid. Items that are defective will not be subjected to the restocking fee. If an item is defective a replacement item will be shipped out unless otherwise specified and the return shipping will be credited. Before returning any item it is necessary to contact customer service at 1-800-281-9505 to receive a return material authorization number. If customer service is not contacted before an item is returned and a RMA is not issued the return will not be accepted. ORDERS What happens after I place my order for Computer cables? Once an order is placed, a confirmation will be sent to you via e-mail verifying the items ordered, quantities, prices, customers information, any special requests and the actual shipping costs. This confirmation will be sent within one business day. SHIPPING What will I be charged for shipping of my computer cables? A $2.95 handling fee will be added to all orders under $100.00 before shipping and handling. How will my items ship? All orders are shipped standard UPS ground unless otherwise specified. Other shipping methods will be at a higher rate than the standard UPS ground shipping. If you have any shipping discrepancies you must report them with five business days of receiving the items. Can I track my order for Computer cables, fiber optic or Cat5 cables? Yes. Orders can be tracked by visiting the UPS website at www.ups.com. When will my order ship? Items that are stock items usually ship within 24 hours. Special order items will vary in ship time. Unless otherwise requested all orders will ship complete. Can I use my own shipper number? Yes. If you wish you may supply your own shipper number for UPS, FedEx or Airborne. Please include your shipper number and make a note in the special request box on the order page.
